72 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO MAKE MAMA EARTH FEEL GOOD!!!
1. Recycle Intelligently. And by intelligently I mean, learn about it, fa’ real.
2. Plant a Garden. A very good reason to get DIRTY.
3. Save a horse, ride a bike.
4. Donate to ‘Green’ organizations like Greenpeace and earthorganization.org
5. Vote green and not just the lesser evil.
5A. Someone at WorldFest said ‘get rid of Georgie Bush and everyone applauded, twice. You decide.
6. Boycott genetically modified food.
7. Turn the water off while you shave your legs (That’s for the women)
8. Donate a tree.
9. Buy locally grown produce…farmer’s markets…hello!
10. Recycle your old computers.
11. Take the Bus.
12. Think Good thoughts.
13. Grow an herb garden on your kitchen windowsill.
14. Heat your house with solar power (That’s a big one-you can do it!)
15. Utilize alternative fuels. Almost as big as the last, maybe a little more accessible.
16. Buy recyclable products.
17. Go Vegan!!!
18. Avoid purchasing carpets-they’re toxic to you and your family.
19. Recycle your cell phones.
20. Plant according to your climate. (Uh, if you live in LA, succulents are your friends.
21. Take the train
22. Ride your bike to work. Or anywhere.
23. Invest in green companies. Just takes a little research.
24. Do a rain dance.
25. Use natural, eco-friendly materials to build with. Once again, just a little homework for a big payoff.
